Reservation Procedure: Call or email to book your reservation. A Rental contract can be downloaded here, or from link below. Receipt of your returned contract along with payment of 50% of your rental amount plus security deposit ($500), will lock in your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. Personal checks are preferred for payments made more than 30 days prior to your arrival. Payments made within 30 days of your arrival must be by cashier’s check, money order or credit card. Notes: Rental weeks run Friday to Friday. Partial week or weekend, rental reservations for the dates 5/30/2008 to 9/04/2008 will be taken no more than 30 days in advance.
